CONSULTING SERVICES
We offer customized consultation services and online courses to aid independent contractors and small businesses in achieving financial compliance with government audit requirements established by Hennepin County. These courses include the prerequisites that one must comply with to maintain their current yearly contractual obligations.

CERTIFIED PROGRAMMING
We offer certification for Brief Intervention Specialists as a certified Brief Intervention Agency. Ken Winters, Ph.D., at the University of Minnesota, created the Brief Intervention model, which uses cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques to support youth (12-19) struggling with substance misuse without needing a Rule 25 assessment.

DIGITAL RESOURCES
We offer a series of three cognitive-behavioral (CBT) digital workbooks designed for Empowering Change and strategies for reducing juvenile recidivism. The workbook modules utilize evidence-based practices and 36 weeks of self-directed CBT exercises to aid adolescents, parents, and professionals by identifying and reducing potential risk factors affiliated with criminogenic behaviors.

COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAMS
We offer a six-month hybrid Linchpin Mentoring Program for youth aged 12 to 19, providing flexible, remote access to mentors and brief intervention services. The program includes three modules with specialized workbooks that address adolescent behaviors, parenting expectations, and peer pressures associated with criminogenic activities leading to substance misuse.
