Welcome to Sagire Consulting Firm, LLC., your trusted partner in recidivism reduction and compliance consulting for at-risk youth. With over two decades of dedicated experience in community-based public safety and brief intervention, we specialize in empowering young individuals to break the cycle of reoffending and achieve lasting positive change.
At Sagire Consulting Firm, LLC., our mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based strategies that support at-risk youth in navigating challenges such as truancy, academic struggles, in-school suspensions, household disruptions, altercations, and peer pressures associated with criminogenic behaviors that lead to experimental drug and alcohol misuse. We are committed to fostering environments where disenfranchised young people can thrive academically, socially, and personally, thereby reducing their likelihood of juvenile probation and enhancing public safety.

We believe in a holistic, collaborative approach that involves all stakeholders—judges, probation officers, educators, law enforcement, social workers, parents, and community organizations. Our strategies are grounded in empirical research and tailored to meet the unique needs of each youth, ensuring sustainable outcomes and positive community impact.
To further support our mission, we offer a virtual face-to-face brief intervention diversionary program for youth (12-19) experimenting with drugs and alcohol, and a series of three cognitive-behavioral digital workbooks designed for Empowering Change: Strategies for Reducing Juvenile Recidivism. These cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) workbooks are for juvenile behavioral specialists, probation officers, educators, and parents, providing structured modules and practical steps to address issues such as truancy, household disruptions, and peer pressure associated with drugs and alcohol. Our evidence-based strategies empower professionals and families to implement effective interventions that foster lasting self-guided behavioral change.
