I very much agree with this! If someone has an empty stomach, he or she will not be able to think very clearly. I actually experienced this back in sophomore year in high school. I had a big test coming up and so I decided to stay up all night to finish all of the lessons I had to review. Instead of acing my test, I actually got a low score. I was not able to eat the day of my test because I pulled an all-nighter.
